01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Santara Wellness, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our studio in Ubud or our digital platforms.

02. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All classes and rituals must be booked in advance. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a full charge of the service fee.

03. Health & Liability

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to perform the exercises. You must inform our instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or pregnancies before the session begins. Santara Wellness is not liable for injuries sustained during classes.

04. Studio Conduct

To maintain our "Digital Zen" environment, we kindly ask all guests to switch their mobile devices to silent mode and respect the silence of the sanctuary.
