The core is the 'Sun' of the body—the source of all vital energy and balance. Our philosophy, 'Centering the Soul', views a strong core not just as a physical attribute, but as the emotional anchor for a stable and confident life.
How to Prepare
Prepare for moderate to high intensity. Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 90 minutes before the class. Grip socks are recommended for better stability on the mat. We provide all resistance bands and toning balls.
